You're not alone in your journey to well-being.
My professional background centers on providing compassionate care for individuals navigating religious trauma, particularly stemming from high-control religious groups, high-demand organizations, and cults. I specialize in supporting those who grapple with their family of origin's faith and struggle with strained relationships or estrangement after leaving their religious community. Whether you seek individual support or desire family reconciliation, my therapy services are here to assist you on your journey.
I bring a wealth of experience in supporting individuals who have faced various forms of coercive control, including survivors of domestic violence and those impacted by the troubled-teen industry. My expertise extends to aiding individuals who have endured estrangement from loved ones due to their involvement with political, commercial, spiritual, or religious cults.
Additionally, I have education and training in providing affirming therapy to neurodivergent clients, couples, and families. I am a proponent of the neurodivergent model, which holds neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, etc.) as part of the natural spectrum of human diversity. In addition, I offer affirming and supportive therapy to those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Whether you seek targeted, short-term solutions to alleviate immediate symptoms or prefer a thorough exploration of your past to gain deeper insights into your present, every treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs. Don't hesitate to reach out and discover if my therapeutic approach aligns with your goals and preferences.
At present, I exclusively accommodate cash payments for services rendered. For clients utilizing out-of-network benefits, I furnish detailed superbill statements to facilitate potential reimbursement processes. Should you have inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am committed to collaborating with you to ensure that therapy remains financially accessible.
